Simple but enjoyable, non fussy, English food is how I’d sum up the food at Bacchus Beach Restuarant, Tenerife. I’d eaten here in March 2014 and enjoyed it so much I returned. I enjoyed a roast chicken and rice meal, preceded by a good old fashioned prawn cocktail starter. Both were delicious and very filling. Dessert comprised a lovely cream caramel pudding.
The service was fine. Food was ready promptly. Served efficiently. They left you alone to eat. Great. I like that non fussy approach where the waiters aren’t constantly buzzing around you.
The setting overlooking the gorgeous Golf del Sur sea was beautiful. As Oliver would say, I’ll be back for more.
